Chip is depressed. His girlfriend insists he get treatment, but when a therapist prescribes him a miracle drug that makes him impotent, she breaks up with him. Even more depressed, Chip joins a support group where he meets other people suffering from the effects of the drug. Among them are Vollmann, a clumsy virgin who strives to concoct a home remedy, and Loretta, who has a more aggressive plan in mind.

11-year-old Dorothy falls into the land of Oz, where she meets a lovely Angel of God and the sinister Devil. She's soon off on an adventure, where she'll meet the Scarecrow, Tin man and Lion, then eventually the so called Prophet of Oz.

Made bitter by the loss of her brother in the war between men and beasts, Morte considers the whole world to be unredeemable. A mysterious orb capable of obliterating everything in existence will enable her vengence, and her new companion Kyrie may hold the key to unlocking it. The fate of the world hangs in the balance, but these heroes would rather destroy the world than save it.

动画版《世界毁灭》是由制作过《攻壳机动队》系列的Production I.G担当制作。动画版与游戏的基本设定都相同，比如受困于毁灭世界委员会和砂之海之间的这个世界等等。但是女主角莫尔特携带了毁灭世界的秘宝，以及克里埃和莉?嗄分属两个对立组织的成员等，这其中有一部分设定是动画版新追加的。与游戏及漫画展开不同的情节这也正是动画版的魅力所在。动画上映同时，漫画也将于7月开始连载。

Set in rural England in the 1950s Eva (Samantha Morton) fantasises about her handsome, worldly cousin Joseph Lees (Rupert Graves), with whom she fell in love as a girl. However, stuck in a closed community she becomes the object of someone else's fantasy, Harry (Lee Ross). When Harry learns that Eva is planning to leave the village in order to live with and look after the injured Lees, he devises a gruesome scheme in order to force her to stay and look after him.
